I Feel Pretty, Oh so Pretty
Where to start...
I'm happy. Finally. I really thought I would never snap out of that funk. Something good happened today. Eeek! I'm not making any sense at all. I'm going to slow down and start making sense.
***Warning*** Giggly, giddy, and girly material ahead!
Tito came over today. First let me explain who Tito is. Fernando Alfonso is his full name. He went to the little private school I used to go to. When I was in 8th grade he was in 7th grade. I didn't know him too well then. He always seemed like a nice guy. After I left FCA, I ran into him every once in awhile.
Well, on Tueday I ran into him at Splash Down. He was picking up his little sister from a birthday party. Once we saw each other we stopped to talk to each other, and he suggested that we hang out sometime. I hadn't seen him for awhile, so I thought it would be fun. I gave him my number. He called me, and we decided to get together today.
After we made plans, a whole bunch of shit came up between my mom and I. My dad said Tito and I could still get together as long as we stick around the house.
We rented a movie. We watched it. Nothing really happened. Then we decided to take a walk. While we were walking he grabbed my hand. We held hands the rest of the way home.
It felt wonderful. It has been such a long time since I had had any physical contact with a guy. Well, any romantic physical contact, that is. I felt wanted again. I felt pretty.
We got home and sat on the couch. We talked for awhile. We held hands; he put his arm around me. God, I missed being touched by a guy who sees as more than a friend or little sister.
Then he kissed me.
I'm such a girl. I know. It feels so good, though.
ELB
Just one thing I need to add. My parents trust me to be at the house with a boy, all by ourselves, when I know no one will be home for at least two or three hours. However they won't let me sleep over a girl's house, even if they call the parents to make sure that's where I really am. Go figure. I found that amusing
